Hi everybody,

unfortunately discussions in the forum slowed down a little bit. Nevertheless decisions are to be made and that's why people kept on organizing in the background.
The news are: 1) the Kammerzell has found someone else in the meantime
2) the Alsace has some kind of renovation going on and cannot accomodate us
3) the first caterers start to be "sold out" as well.

This is why we really need to finalize our plans. I am pleased to come up with a first option at this time that seems to be a nice compromise (staying at the ESBS and getting nice food). The plan is that you just vote whether you like it or not. If 2/3 choose yes, then we are done planning!
Just by the way: this means, that the party is going to be at the ESBS as well!!

The deal is the following:
- Who? Caterer "Kieffer" (http://bureau-gourmand.com/index.htm);
- Where? Salle polyvalente, ESBS: we have tables and chairs and they bring everything else, even flowers;
- What? A buffet, including one complete warm meat dish, a number of different cold things, several deserts, red/ white wine, water, coffee/tee (I can mail you the exact offer that contains all dishes, just let me know);
- How many? Calculations are based on 150 people with the option to scale down (or up, whatever) until five days before the event;
- How much? 41,53 €.

Now it's your decision: what do you think?

So everything will be at the ESBS? Remise, dinner, party? Lacking other options, I vote yes.

I say the same thing as Julian. I am not really happy about it, but it would just make it more complicated to search for an other option.
